I work in the sector of Automotive Services since 2012 and I own a Car Rental with Driver (or NCC, from its Italian acronym) license.
NCC? WHAT IS THAT?
NCC means “Noleggio con Conducente”, i.e. the Italian equivalent of “Car Rental with Driver”. It is a Chartered Public Service.
Therefore, with my vehicles, I can freely access Restricted Traffic Areas and use fast track lanes.
Our Car Rental with Driver service is headquartered in Parma, but we can operate in the most of Northern Italy: Parma, Bologna, Milan, Genoa and Turin are just some examples of the airports we serve.
Our service will allow you to:
